Shipping Policy
Introduction
Welcome to UrbanCrew Clothing (“we”, “us”, “UrbanCrew”). This document bundle contains the comprehensive policies that apply to all customers, business buyers, resellers, and partners who place orders through https://urbancrewclothing.in or who interact with our sales, support, or fulfillment teams.
These policies are written for a B2B audience, brands, resellers, agencies, printers, and fulfillment partners — and are intended to be clear, practical, and legally sound for day-to-day operations. They explain how we collect and use data, how orders are processed and shipped, what you can return and when, how refunds work, and the legal consequences of attempted fraud or misuse.
Key commercial principles stated clearly:
- All orders are strictly prepaid unless an explicit written credit account is granted by UrbanCrew. No goods are released without confirmed payment.
- We operate primarily within India (unless otherwise agreed in writing).
- Custom-printed and personalized products are non-returnable except for verifiable manufacturing defects.

Order Processing & Confirmation
- Orders are processed only after payment confirmation. For bank transfers or UPI, processing begins after funds reflect in our account.
- Buyers should provide accurate shipping addresses and valid phone numbers. Incorrect details causing returns are the Buyer’s responsibility.
- For high-volume or B2B onboarding, we may require a Purchase Order or signed invoice before processing.
Production & Dispatch Timelines
- Plain t-shirts (in-stock): Dispatch within 2–4 working days after payment confirmation.
- Custom printed orders (POD): Production lead time 5–10 working days depending on print queue, artwork approval, and order size.
- For bulk orders (1000+ units) lead times will be mutually agreed and confirmed in writing.
Shipping Methods & Carriers
- Shipments are sent via reputed couriers – DTDC, Delhivery, Blue Dart, Ecom Express, India Post, or logistics partners chosen by UrbanCrew.
- Tracking numbers are emailed when shipment is dispatched.
Delivery Estimates
- Metro cities: 3–6 working days after dispatch
- Non-metro / remote areas: 5–12 working days after dispatch Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to courier network, strikes, or force majeure.
Shipping Charges
- Shipping is calculated at checkout and may be charged separately for bulk orders.
- COD may be restricted or unavailable for B2B customers. If COD is allowed, additional COD handling charges apply and will be advised prior to dispatch.
Failed Deliveries & Returned Shipments
- If a shipment is returned due to incorrect address, failed attempts, or refusal by recipient, re-shipment will require payment of return & re-delivery charges, or buyer may collect from our warehouse (if agreed).
- If the buyer fails to accept delivery without prior notice, UrbanCrew reserves the right to charge storage fees after 7 working days.
International Shipping
- By default we ship within India. International shipping can be arranged via contract and additional duties, taxes, and customs clearance are buyer’s responsibility.
