What is the minimum order quantity?
+Our minimum order quantity (MOQ) is 10 pieces per order. These can be a mix of sizes and colours within the same product. You don't need to order 10 of the same size — 10 pieces total qualifies.
How does white-label shipping work?
+When you place an order, you provide your brand name and your end customer's delivery address. We pack the order and generate the shipping label using your brand name as the sender. There is no Urbancrew branding on the label, inside the box or on any paperwork. Your customer has no idea where it was manufactured.
Do I need a GST number to register?
+A GST number is not mandatory to create an account, but it is required for B2B wholesale invoicing. We recommend registering with your GSTIN if you have one. If you're just starting out and don't have one yet, you can still register and place orders — speak to us about invoicing options.
How long does it take from order to dispatch?
+Plain (blank) tee orders are typically dispatched within 24–48 hours. Printed tee orders take 48–72 hours from order confirmation — this includes printing, drying, quality check and packing. You can track the status in your dashboard through our custom order stages: In Production → Quality Check → Dispatched.
What file formats do you accept for print orders?
+We accept PNG, PDF, Adobe Illustrator (.ai) and PSD files up to 50 MB. For best results, supply files at 300 DPI or higher with a transparent background. If you're unsure about your file's print readiness, contact us before placing — we'd rather flag it early than reprint.
What courier partners do you use?
+We ship via Delhivery, BlueDart, Shiprocket and XpressBees depending on the destination pin code and service tier. We select the best available courier for each order. You receive a tracking number in your dashboard as soon as the order is handed over.
Can I order samples before committing?
+Yes. We have a Sample Round Neck T-Shirt available in our catalog for quality testing before you place a full run. Sample orders are fulfilled at a slightly higher per-unit rate and are not subject to wholesale pricing — but they give you confidence in the product before you go live with your brand.
Can I request custom packaging or branded inserts?
+Plain, unbranded packaging is standard with every order. Branded inserts (thank-you cards, size cards, tissue paper) can be included if you supply them in advance — contact us to arrange. Fully custom branded packaging (boxes, polybags with your logo) is available for established brands on a minimum volume agreement.
