MOQ · 40 pcs/designInk is pushed through a mesh stencil, one colour at a time. It needs a new screen per colour, which is why it only makes sense from 40 pieces upward — but past that point, it's usually the cheapest way to print the same logo across a large batch.

MOQ · 40 pcs/designYour logo is stitched directly into the fabric using thread rather than ink. It's the most durable finish on offer — there's no print layer to crack, fade or peel. It reads as premium, which is why it's the default for polos, caps and corporate merch.
Embroidery pricing depends on:
For a small drop — a graphic tee, a limited design, testing an idea — DTF is the natural fit, since it's the only method that works from just 10 pieces. For corporate or uniform orders where a logo needs to last years on a polo or cap, embroidery is the better call, even with its higher 40-piece minimum.
Screen printing and embroidery both require a one-time setup per design — burning a screen per colour, or digitising a stitch file — before a single piece can be produced. That cost only makes sense to absorb at higher volume. DTF prints straight from a digital file with no per-design setup, so it stays viable at just 10 pieces.
Embroidery is the most durable finish — it's stitched thread, so there's nothing to crack, fade or peel. DTF is a close second among printed finishes, rated for excellent wash durability and strong adhesion across all fabrics.
