Welcome to UrbanCrew Clothing (referred to as “UrbanCrew”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website https://urbancrewclothing.in and all orders placed for products and services, including plain apparel, print-on-demand (POD), and dropshipping supplies. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Business Nature

UrbanCrew Clothing operates as a B2B apparel supplier offering plain t-shirts, printing, and dropshipping services to brands, resellers, and businesses. All sales are treated as business-to-business (B2B) transactions.

2. Account and Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.
You agree to provide accurate business and contact information.
We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our discretion if fraudulent or misleading activity is detected.

3. Orders and Payments

All orders are strictly prepaid. Production and dispatch begin only after full payment confirmation.
Orders once processed cannot be cancelled or modified unless approved in writing before production.
We accept payments through secure gateways such as Cashfree, UPI, and Net Banking.
Any attempt to issue false payment confirmations or initiate unauthorized chargebacks will be treated as fraud and will result in legal action.

4. Pricing and Taxes

Prices listed are exclusive or inclusive of GST, as specified.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.
Buyers must provide valid GST information for proper invoicing.

5. Product Information and Quality

We strive for accurate product descriptions, colors, and images. Minor variations (5–10%) may occur due to display settings or manufacturing differences.
All goods are inspected before dispatch. UrbanCrew is not responsible for damages caused by mishandling after delivery.

6. Custom Printing and Intellectual Property

For print-on-demand orders, the buyer is responsible for ensuring they own the rights to any artwork, logo, or design submitted.
UrbanCrew is not liable for copyright or trademark violations caused by buyer-provided content.
We may use printed products for promotional or portfolio purposes unless explicitly restricted by the buyer in writing.

7. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are shipped through reputed couriers like DTDC, Delhivery, and Bluedart.
Estimated delivery time: 3–9 working days depending on location.
Delivery delays caused by courier issues or force majeure events are beyond our control.
If a shipment is returned due to incorrect address or non-availability, reshipping costs will apply.

8. Returns and Refunds

Plain products: Returnable within 5 days of delivery if unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
Custom printed products: Non-returnable unless defective.
Refunds are processed only after inspection and approval, within 7–15 working days to the original payment method.
No refunds on shipping or COD fees.

9. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

Misuse or tamper with the website.
Upload malicious content or designs.
Submit false payment information.
Engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior. Any such violation will result in immediate suspension, report to law enforcement, and possible legal prosecution.

10. Limitation of Liability

UrbanCrew’s liability for any claim is limited to the value of the goods in the disputed order. We are not responsible for indirect losses, such as lost profits, business interruptions, or data loss.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless UrbanCrew Clothing, its owners, and employees from any claims arising out of your use of our services, including but not limited to intellectual property violations, payment disputes, or product misuse.

12. Dispute Resolution and Jurisdiction

All disputes shall be governed by Indian law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Tirupur, Tamil Nadu courts.

13. Fraud, Chargebacks, and Legal Action

Any attempt to fraudulently obtain goods, file fake disputes, or abuse chargebacks will lead to civil and criminal legal action.
UrbanCrew reserves the right to recover the value of goods, damages, and legal expenses.
All fraudulent cases will be reported to authorities and payment processors (e.g., Cashfree, banks).

14. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or non-performance caused by circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, courier strikes, or technical failures.

15. Amendments

UrbanCrew reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our website or services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
